Abstract

The talk summarizes the advancements that are currently driving AI and machine learning: deep learning and large generative models (especially those capable of in-context learning). The talk is going to discuss both the opportunities brought by these new methods and the risks that they pose. It will address questions such as: Can language models understand? Is AI getting too clever? etc.
